The NALHFA Membership and Member Services Committee meets during the Spring and Fall Educational Conferences and by conference call when necessary. The Committee designs, enhances, and monitors programs/services created for the membership. This committee assists NALHFA staff in enhancing many of our programs and services. Past projects include the redesign of the NALHFA newsletter and the creation of an intensive two-day training seminar. This committee also monitors membership renewal campaigns and helps to identify potential agency and affiliate members.
