A valid student ID must be presented to qualify for the program. You must apply promo code STUDENT26 at checkout to receive the special rate. NALHFA Guest Program NALHFA Guest Program welcomes conference attendees to bring their families and experience the best of San Antonio during the Annual Conference! NALHFA offers a special guest registration for family members, partners, or friends who are not employed or otherwise involved in the industry. Guest registrants can enjoy all social and networking events, and take part in exciting local experiences, including the San Antonio River Walk & Alamo Tour or the Sabino Canyon adventure. Guest registration must be purchased alongside a full conference registration and does not include access to educational sessions. Cancellation by Individual NALHFA must receive all cancellation requests in writing by April 10, 2026. Email cancellation requests to [email protected]. All refunds will be processed 3 weeks after the conference and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. All sales are final after April 10, 2026.
