In order to receive the member registration rate, your organization must be a member in good standing and renewed for 2026. As soon as NALHFA receives your renewal payment, your organization will be available to select during the registration process. Register by April 3, 2026, to receive the discounted registration rates. NALHFA Student Program

NALHFA’s Student Program encourages undergraduate and graduate students to attend NALHFA’s Annual Conference to learn more about the affordable housing industry and encourage career opportunities in the industry. A valid student ID must be presented to qualify for the program. You must apply promo code STUDENT26 at checkout to receive the special rate. NALHFA Guest Program

NALHFA Guest Program welcomes conference attendees to bring their families and experience the best of San Antonio during the Annual Conference! NALHFA offers a special guest registration for family members, partners, or friends who are not employed or otherwise involved in the industry. Guest registrants can enjoy all social and networking events, and take part in exciting local experiences, including the San Antonio River Walk & Alamo Tour or the Sabino Canyon adventure. Guest registration must be purchased alongside a full conference registration and does not include access to educational sessions.

Cancellation by Individual

NALHFA must receive all cancellation requests in writing by April 10, 2026. Email cancellation requests to [email protected]. All refunds will be processed 3 weeks after the conference and will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. All sales are final after April 10, 2026. Substitutions are always accepted and can be made by contacting registration at [email protected].
