NALHFA Endorses First-Time Homebuyer Affordability Act

NALHFA announced its endorsement of the bipartisan First-Time Homebuyer Affordability Act (H.R. 10075), legislation that would expand the ability of state and local housing finance agencies to use Mortgage Revenue Bonds to support affordable homeownership. The bill would create additional bond capacity for first-time homebuyer programs while helping preserve private activity bond capacity for other critical affordable housing investments.
